Exercising in response to what you sense in your body is achievable and enjoyable and builds a confidence and strength to respond to everything in your day.

Since Danielle was young she had a love of the body and all things movement and exercise. By early high school Danielle was well into exploring how to maximise health and fitness.

At age 15, after a sports injury and shoulder reconstruction, Danielle signed up to the local gym and pool to rehabilitate and recondition herself. Here she discovered the need for very specific or refined movements and exercises to reconnect and rebuild her strength and fitness.

Danielle's love of the body and innate connection with movement and exercise lead to 10 years of university study in biomedical and exercise science. The last 20 years Danielle has been working in health, fitness, research and education, sharing her passion and enthusiasm for movement, exercise, health and wellbeing.
